Anusara Yoga targets building strength and flexibility while teaching you how to breathe well and manage everyday stress with more ease.

Kelley Akin Gardner, certified Anusara Yoga Instructor, has practiced mediation and taught yoga for almost 20 years. Her work and practice as a yoga instructor, social worker, and respected energy worker are synthesized through the philosophy and biochemical principles taught by John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga (www.anusara.com).

It is our mutual goal to provide excellent Yoga instruction to anyone in our community who is interested. Scholarship opportunities are available. Today is a great day to begin the life-affirming practice of Yoga!

Information about Fees:
Fees vary based on number of classes you sign up for. Class passes are good for 6 months from date of purchase. The more classes you purchase at a time, the less you pay per class. Class passes are not transferable and expire at the end of 6 months.

Class Pass Options:
5 class pass - $65 ($13/class)
12 class pass - $144 ($12/class)
24 class pass - $240 ($10/class)
Drop In Rate - $15/class

Note: Refunds/credits are available for verifiable medical reasons only and are applicable from the date you contact Kelley. There is a $25 processing fee for credits/refunds.

Discounts:
Students - 15% off with valid student ID
Seniors (60+) - 15% off
Family - second member of household - 15% off
